I read about herbal tea in a magazine. There are certain kinds of herbal tea. Some are commercially available and can be brought in the market. But the article also teaches how to make one at home. The recipe that they featured is a home made Ginger Tea. They said that it is very good for those people who often use their voice like teachers, singers, commentators and the like. Some says that often drinking of Ginger Tea could help improve one’s voice (I think I have to try this for our often videoke sessions). The recipe was very simple, on a stove you have to boil pounded ginger and water for five minutes and then it’s done. It is best if served with lemon slices and a dash of muscovado sugar or a teaspoon of honey. I remember when I was having insomnia attacks my cousin gave me a box of Chamomile with Lavender Tea. She told me that it would help me to relax me since I am having such an adrenaline high because I often worked overtime and go home very late. I tried it and it really helped me to get enough sleep. As we age, we really have to be cautious about our health. With too much stress that we encounter today, good thing that nature provides us with something that can relax us and rejuvenate all the lost energy for the day. Just like now I have to shed some energy on searching about wood stoves.

The weather is very unusual. It’s still very hot like summer. It seems like a perfect day for a summer get away. In my imagination I am in a resort. I wish I was in a hammock by the beach front sipping a freshly made shake of tropical fruits while reading a good book. Speaking of vacation, my idea of a great vacation is really the beach. I don’t take a plunge in the waters, I really seldom do but I really enjoy the grand scenery. The mere sound of the waves and the water kissing the sand is such a big deal for me. I feel relaxed and tension-free. And of course what I really look after is the bounties of the seas. There is a resort in the south that really serves great food. Their salads are exceptional because they are grown in their own green house. The fresh bounties of the seas like squid, prawns, lobsters and fish are transformed to mouth-watering concoctions and served straight from their wood stoves. I tried making their recipe at home but I did not achieve the taste. I followed all the instructions and I did not use any substitute, but still there is something missing with the taste. A good friend of mine told me that maybe we did not use the same tool. As what we have heard from the resort, they are using wood stoves in preparing their dishes. I never thought it would matter but it really does.

. They Hide Their Relationship Status
The beauty of Facebook is that we can instantly find out if a guy is available or off-limits. No 30-minute talk in a bar, trying to suss out if he has a girlfriend waiting for him at home. But if that info is kept a secret, we’re forced to look through and analyze his photos and wall posts to figure it out — which makes us feel like stalkers. Guys: If you’re single, do us both a favor and make that info public knowledge. And if you’re part of a twosome, own up to it. Especially when we’re one of the two.

2. They Block Their Photos
We can understand a guy wanting to keep certain people from viewing his pictures. But seeing as how we’re not his mom, boss, or pastor, it bugs us when we can’t see a dude’s photos. Here’s the thing: We always imagine the worst. So when we’re kept in the dark and can’t click through a guy’s albums, we imagine he’s blowing lines, hooking up with two girls at once, or running around naked at a party. Unfair, but true. He’s not saving his reputation by blocking his photos. In fact, not being able to click on them makes us think a little less of him.

3. They Ask Us Out...in Front of All Our Friends
Next time a guy gets tempted to leave us a wall post that reads, “Let me know if you want to hang out sometime,” he should imagine standing up in front of a room full of our family, friends, ex-boyfriends, and coworkers and then asking us out. Because that’s essentially what he’s doing. We don’t want all 889 of our friends to be a part of the courting. Oh and P.S., we’d appreciate a little more effort. You know, maybe an old-fashioned e-mail or text like we see in those historic romantic comedies.

4. They Detag Themselves in Our Photos
This is the online equivalent of a guy pretending he’s just asking for directions when his friends catch him talking to us. There is something strangely offensive about scrolling through your recently uploaded albums and discovering that a guy you tagged has detagged himself. If a photo of the BBQ he ate last Saturday is profile-worthy, we can’t help but wonder why the nice shots with us get shunned.

5. They Let Their Douchebaginess Show
What is it about Facebook that makes even cool, down-to-earth guys post quotes like “It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog,” write status updates that read, “Matt is giving out free mammograms,” and upload shirtless photos of themselves with wannabe-model gazes that they obviously took in the bathroom mirror? Maybe they think it's funny or impressive, but the behavior only makes us roll our eyes and want to start a Website or Facebook group called “Hot Chicks Without Douchebags.”

As I was blogging about proper waste management a while ago, I happen to remember my sister who was deeply involve on recycling and environmental something during her working days at a Japanese firm. In fact, she was in charge with the wast disposal system for their ISO work up. I heard that it was really a hard stuff to deal with, especially if you are on the verge of telling and educating people what to do when they were raised and used to do the other way around. It is like training a toddler to potty train when for the past two years of their life they are using nappies and all.
I remember there was one time when she came home really tired for helping all the segregation of waste and other supplies that needs to be categorize together with her other office mates. It was indeed a handful tasks that all the workers joined forced in order to create a healthier environment for them all. And as far as I know, they succeeded! Even now that my sister has long been gone with the company I still overheard her talking to one of her previous office mate regarding the success of their mission.
If only that type of effort can be done also by other groups, I'm sure a better earth we will have.

Now I am fuming mad. Why?! because of the fact that I came home late and drench all over! Why?! because it suddenly rained and flood follows in abrupt. Imagine, a quick rain, just a super quick down pour can already cause a drainage systems to overflow in places where there should be huge water and flood prevention. I even saw those huge billboards practically shouting themselves about the repairs and all that will prevent flood around the area, but sadly no positive response from all that.
Actually, there is no one to blame but the people who resides on places with great flood manifestation. For they are the ones who must really do take care of their waste and trash business. Imagine, just a simple thing to do: do not throw garbage on drainage systems for it can create clogs that will eventually causes sudden flood on heave down pour. But to no avail, people doesn't seem to care at all! And whats worst?! people like me, experiences such yucky moments of being drench all over!
How I wish people starts to realize that garbage disposal and recycling is one way of saving lives, and creating a better future for all - environmentally speaking.

Earlier today, I heard a bunch of students nagging about our school policies and new implementations, you see one of our school campaign focuses on recycling and proper waste management. The school administrators even requires us students to follow strict implementation of throwing our trash in proper bins, and as for those who doesn't follow, certain actions will be laid upon them.

But for me, doing so and following the rules will not cause any harm so to speak. In fact, with this practice, everyone will be able to understand fully the value of recycling and waste management. We can eventually bring the practice to our own home and have a more healthy environment. At least for our little own way, we can make a difference. And we can do it all together, I'm sure a healthier world we will have and a better place the future of us can enjoy!
