I'm starting my Ojt days ago at Cavite Center for Mental Health, first i felt nervous and confused when i saw the Pt's on yellow ward my tears starting to fell down but i controlled it as fast as i could and i kept on saying i was on wrong field i cant do this my friends tried to calmed me down. i went to get my pt on the psychologist in charge my Pt's name is Alex 32 years old from malabon ooppss nuff for the info ;) i realized that it was okey and safe to talk to them in the first place i should be taught to face them that's what psych people do :)

Making a difference in someone's life is an opportunity that not too many of us regularly have. its nice being in a field where every day is a chance to help someone change their lives and enjoy better emotional and mental health ;)
